I am so excited! I just found Low Carb milk (well... they call it a dairy beverage) at Bi Lo. It is really good too. I had made a LC pound cake and boy did a glass of milk go great with it. Only 3 carbs per glass.

I do miss milk occassionally. We don't have Bi Lo's though in PA.

Unsweetened soy milk is ony 1 carb a cup if you want another option.

I used to drink the soy milk, it wasn't bad either, but I found out I am allergic to soy so I had to give it up. I think this ... dairy beverage.... tastes even better. Even my 15 yr old and 9 yr old tasted it and said it wasn't bad

Le Carb (the LC Ice Cream makers) have a brand of LC milk at Super Walmart! It even comes in chocolate! :)
