Question: In my syrups and sugar free chocolates I thought that sorbitol was splenda and vice versa. Now I realize I was wrong. When counting carbs, do you subtract the carbs that come from sorbitol or not? I also believe you subtract the carbs from glycerin do you not? Sugar alcohols?

On Atkins you can subtract these but on some diets you can't. I'm not very familiar with the others but I don't think you can do net carbs on CAD.
