I know that we are all supposed to "keep moving" all the time. I am lucky because I work at home and can get up and move around...do laundry, floors, treadmill, etc. But, I was wondering how those of you with office jobs, or jobs that require a lot of time in the car, etc., how do you get enough exercise into your day.
In other words, are large chunks of time morning or night sufficient? How long? Is morning or night better? Or both? I am starting to think that maybe I am exercising too much. Is that possible?
I know...questions...questions...questions....thanks for your patience with me!

well, i try to do 45-60 mintes of weights lifting or kettlebells almost everyday either before work or after, and aim for 45 minutes lunch walk at least 5 days a week. plus, i'm in 10,000 steps club, so it comes down to almost 5 miles a day. on weekends it's hiking/walking, sometimes, i just go for 100+ stairs outside my place.and on a top, it's housework and cooking. LOL
we are blessed with really great weather, so it's 10 months dry and warm. when it rains, i just do more aerobics and other tapes.Generally speaking, we shiould be active at least 60 minutes a day, even 30 minutes are good.

I spend my lunch hour running errands which usually means that I am walking neraly the entire time. I also have an office job, but that doesn't necessarily mean I spend the entire day sitting at my desk. I'm up and down constantly, running to the printer, going to someone's desk or another floor to assist with a problem (which means up and down stairs), running to the potty ;) , making copies, etc...
Once I get home, I have a two story house which means that I'm up and down stairs all night as well, often carrying things such as laundry and groceries.
Even if I don't get my walking in, I keep moving throughout the day. :)
