Does anyone know anything about Carb blocker pills here in Australia or Sydney specifically?

Hiya Ravforu,

I've seen carb blockers in chemists and health food shops.

But why would you want to use them? If you are committed to a low carb lifestyle, there should be no place for such a product.

I have seen people say they (a) just plain don't work and (b) cause intense diarrhoea.

I wouldn't waste my money.

Cheers.

Well sometimes, when I broke down and had Taco Bell or something naughtier carb-wise, I used the blockers to help stem the tide. I found that mis-steps were handled. Surprisingly the ones in the U.S. seem to work quite well. I don't know how they work either, maybe it's just psychosomatic, but my weight continued in a downward trend despite overeating my carb limits.
