Wow, you look so pretty in your picture. What a change...so how are you keeping up with those little tykes in the classroom now. My daughter is going to be a teacher soon...hopefully in the next few years. I think she will student teach next year, she will get her BA soon, then on to credentials.

You are an inspiration for me. I am on my 2nd week on the atkins low card life style. How did you know if you were on the right path to losing? I am a newcomer and need tips and words of encouragement. anything will do.

you really look good and should be very proud of yourself, i too am a lc dieter and i have been doing it since febuary a have lost 16 pounds i fell off the atkins wagon once and am now back on it witch just makes me all the more proud of you because i know how hard it can be g/l

Good Morning Fellow Low Carbers
I have not been on the forum much as I have been busy with list. This is a great place to get information though.
It has been almost 3 years since I started LC. And two years this June since I smoked. I did gain some of the weight back but took it off and am working on the last 10 pounds.
I still look great. :D
A secret to getting there is attitude and no cheating. We talk ourselves into having just one bite. We need to learn to talk ourselves into saying no. Gets to be a habit after awhile.
