I'm trying to calculate my fat percentage...how/where you measure your abdomen? Up the waist?
Thanks, isiar

I guess it depends on which calculator you're using. I use the one at The Zone website, and it says to meausure your waist right at the bellybutton, not at the smallest point. I'm hourglass-shaped, so this added a few inches to my "waist" measurement, but I guess if I do it the same way each time, I'll get a more consistent reading.
Hope this helps!

I like to use this body fat calculator (http://www.mybodycomp.com/index.html). It explains to you how to do the measurements. You have to register, but thus far, I haven't received any email from them.
