I found this today at newsave (asian) supermakert in hamilton in the frozen section.
they are soy curls tofu sheets tied up in knots... looks like bits of pasta
aprox 6g carb per 100
its abit chewy and flavorless but if you leave it in the pasta sauce for awhile it picks up the flavour nicely.
this is super filling i tired to eat a small bowl for dinner and couldn't manage it
$2.95 a pack - i suggest looking in asain supermarkets around you.
