That's the whoosh fairy. If you're good, and follow your lowcarb program to the letter, she'll bring you good luck in the night while you're sleeping ... then in the morning, you get up, hop on the scales and Whooosh!! 3 or4 or more lbs have disappeared. It happens!!

(she's very unpredictable though, and you'll only see her on the forum's main page)
