This can be done with fresh or frozen broccoli, cauliflower, or green beans. I usually use frozen because it's quicker.

Add 1/4c oil to large skillet and heat till pretty hot but not smoking.
Add your 1lb package of any of those vegies and fry turning frequenty. When nearly done add 1/2 of a large sliced onion, chopped clove of garlic and a sliced green pepper. Stir this in and reduce heat a little. Stir frequently until onion and pepper are soft. Add about 1Tbl. of Almond Accents Ceasar garlic flavor and stir. Salt and pepper to taste

If using cauliflower it tastes like potatos and onions. You probably could eat it for breakfast with bacon and eggs.
