Hi Rhonda,

I live in the Atlanta area. You have done great so far on the ATkings program.

We have something in common. My goal is 125lbs. as well. However, I am 170lbs. now. (the highest weight I've ever been) I am on day 4 of the Atkins diet and I feel pretty good. Last night I had a annoying headache, though.

Please give me some tips and advice that have helped you so far. How much did you lose at the end of your induction phase.

I am trying to lose @ least 15lbs before I go back to work on Oct. 1. I am currently on maternity leave.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.Plan your work and work your plan

Hi,
I'm outside the ATL perimeter, and have been low-carb for several months now. It wasn't a difficult thing for me since I'm a Celiac (not even a trace of wheat-family grains allowed in the diet), too. Low-carb feels great, it's just a shame more folk (who need dietary help) aren't turned on to it.

Yes, I said folk ;)
