I want to lose another 50lbs - should I split my routine between cardio and weights or cut my cardio to 1/4(15-20 min) and concentrate more on weights?
I have seen a dramatic change in the last 2 months of weights, but my weight lose has slowed down.
I'm also still trying to stay around 20 carbs...but I'm starting to get hungry.

A slow down in weight loss is inevitable. Don't cut down on your weight training - add in HIIT (high intensity interval training) for your cardio. You may have to adjust your lower body weight training to compensate for the HIIT because it tends to hit your muscles pretty hard. If you're not pressed for time I don't think anyone can get too much walking or hiking in - but for training purposes the weights and HIIT are more effective for the time spent.
