This bread is now being sold at Super Target. It is $5.00 a loaf (20 slices per loaf)land well worth it. It has 3 grams of carbs per slice , fiber 2 grams, calories 55, protien 8 grams. fat 3 grams. It is made by the Bread of life bakery. It is a low carb-high protein soy bread. This is sold in the deli and baked goods area of the store. And it is great tasting. I have had toast, grilled cheese sandwiches and I have toasted the bread put butter on it and then Atkins syrup and pretended it was pancakes. My husband is going to make french toast with it, leaving out the milk . Anyway it is a great loaf and you dont have to buy a mix and bake it so that is another plus. Would love to hear if anyone else has tried it. I have tested myself and and my test stips have remained purple so it has'nt thrown me out of ketosis. I had to prove to myself that is was low carb because it tasted so good that i just didnt beleive it.

I recently found these too and they are very good. I keep a loaf of bread in the freezer and pull out a slice at a time. Great for low carb breadcrumbs as well.
Tried the burger, hot dog buns and cinn. raisin bread. All are really good and only 2-3 ecc per serving. Pricey but worth it in my opinion.
I have tested my sticks too and these don't phase my ketosis by having one serving every day or so.

I just went and bought this last night as well. It is very good. The closest thing to a white or light wheat bread around. The other low carb breads that I can buy around here are very very very wheaty and too strong of a taste actually.....
