Hello, I forgot to mention the other effects I had after I
started taking these multivitamins. Rapid heart beats(or at
least feels like it, but counting seems normal)- I mentioned I
woke up many times, and each time I seemed to be having rather
pronounced heart beats, the beats quietened down as soon as I
woke. Have been having dreams of fighting with various people
and it increases my heart rate in the dream and I wake up.

Should I post the contents of this multivitamin ?

Vivid dreams (with all that comes with it, heartbeat etc.) are
widely reported with taking a vitamin B complex (or
multivitamin) late in the evening. I even know people who take
B vitamins to have vivid dreams.

You should probably stop taking the multi late in the
evening/night. That will probably make it go away.
