I was checking out the Atkinsboard tonight and found this comment made about yeast and breadmachines.
"I think it has to do with a lack of 'real' glutens in the flour, the lack of enough sugar for a second rise and wether or not you dissolve the yeast first(if you do -it has to have a 2nd rise -if you add it dry, 1 rise will do)"
Since I add my yeast dry, I would think this means I should do a short bread cycle, which is exactly what I was thinking for next time.
I'm interested in other experiences people have found with their machines.
