tjs has a new low carb bread out..pecan spice

6grams carbs
2 fiber (not sure if its subtracted out already or no)

That sounds so good, but a little too high for me if the fiber has already been subtracted. Any way you could find out?

hm..don't have it in front of me but this is what i remember:

80 cals
6 carbs
2 fiber

that's all i can remember...sorry! if anyone knows about the actual carb count, please post!

I just bought some. I figured I could freeze 1/2 of it and eat it slowly. It's pretty not bad. The texture isn't the best but it certainly isn't the worst. The flavor makes up for the chewiness. :thup:
I like that it doesn't have any sugar substitutes, either. I'm eating a slice right now. It's a little malt-y.

argo- just cool to have someone close by. i don't really know any local low carbers. i'm in the south bay- yourself? it'd be fun to have low carb get togethers once in awhile...your thoughts?
