I stopped by one of our local health food stores this afternoon...saw lecithin for the 1st time...of course, the clerk tried to sell me a bottle...
She said that lecithin helped to "break up" fat in the body...if this is true, how would I take it as a supplement (found some info online that suggests it as a supplement)??? Would it do me any good???
I currently take the following supps per day...
L-carnitine - 500mg
CoQ10 - 400mg
Chromium Picolinate - 200mg
Basic Multi
Are the mg's I'm taking too low???
Any help would be appreciated.
