Found this browsing Yahoo news:

I think the funniest part of it is this:

Some other fried favorites include fried tamales, fried turkey legs, and ice cream that is lumped into a ball, covered in breakfast cereal crumbs and dipped quickly in hot oil. Dieters can ask to have the ice cream served without chocolate syrup and whipped cream if they want a lighter version.

There's also a reference to someone using peanut oil to cut down on cholesterol!!!

I've never been a fried foods fan....probably because my mom hated fried, so we rarely had it! ICK!!!

Well, I love deep fried veggies, but I think that fried Oreos and Twinkies are both something I can do without. 'Sides, I think they already have enough trans fats without breading them & dunking them in more trans fats.
