Boy, was I suprised today. It was cold this morning so I went to my closet to find a pair of jeans. I wear shorts all the time. I pulled out a pair and tried to slip them on. They were tight. Very tight. I was disgusted!!!! I took them off and as I was about to slam them to the floor I looked at the tag. They were size 54!!!!! I was a 58 4 weeks ago..... Yes they were tight but damn!!!!! They were 54s!!!!!!!!

Hey, Ian...

...I'm sorry I didn't see this post from you earlier, because I think I have something to add to this that might make you happy (and motivated)...

When I began LCing, I was also in size 58 jeans! Today, I wear 44's! I share this not to blow my own horn, but to let you know that you can achieve your goals by following this WOE. I saved my 58s for history, and truth be told, I even have a pair of 60s. I don't ever want to go there again. Plus, I can't believe how heavy those jeans are when I hold them.

I'll post the attached a couple of pictures for you of what I look like now as an example (actually, I'm smaller now). I have more to lose, for sure, but it feels good...

Thanks everyone. this is kind of bitter sweet to me. I lost this 70 lbs many times. These 54 are pants I wore 2 years ago. I got to a 48 last time...... Sickness forced my weight gain and now this time it just does not seem to want to come off. By this week into it last time I had lost 40lbs..... So I am happy to be smaller again..........
