I posted a question this morinng but I don't know how to get answers. Do I just keep posting and hope that someone will respond. I am new to this chat room stuff. I would appreciate any help that I can get.

It's just a matter of being patient and waiting until someone who knows the answer will post. :) Repeating the question doesn't help because duplicate posts just cause confusion and will therefore be removed.
And I see that you have received replies now to your previous posts. :thup:

If you want to know more about how the forum works, have a read of our http://forum.lowcarber.org/images/top_faq.gif at the top of the screen. You will also find a lot of info in our Comments Box and Technical Questions forum. And you can also find a lot of useful info from reading the "sticky" threads at the top of many of the forums.
