I'm new to posting and new to low-carb as of 7/28/03. I'm a T2 diabetic and have found both low carbing and CLA to benefit my blood sugar control greatly. My readings are entirely in the non-diabetic range consistently and CLA has contributed a lot to that. Additionally, since I started CLA on 9/14/03 I've lost an additional 5# and it's coming off around the abdomen. I know it is somewhat expensive but in my husband's and my experience it really works. I'd recommend buying only the ones using TONALIN as that is the formula used in all the research studies. Good buys can be found on it at both Vitamin Shoppe and Vitamin World. We are each using 5 1000MG capsules per day with 2 at breakfast, 1 at lunch and 2 at dinner. It is best to take with your meal. I suggest my fellow diabetics give it a try.
