Hello Iam a newbie,
I started and stopped Atkins twice!! I started again Tuesday. My new plan was to drink over 64 ozs. of water to flush my body. But after reading your messages. Now I understand my problem. I went tothe doctor and the the medications worked for a week. I am going to take your suggestions and I know I will be successful time.
