fat shifted from back of calf to front of it!!!!

this is weird but i had been on atkins for a month and woke up one morning,and my right leg below my knee looked as if the fat had shifted there was and a week later there still is a mound of fat there,it looks bigger than my left leg,its not swollen, does anyone know if your fat can shift?! thanks for any advice Tammy p.s. my DH says he cant tell the difference in my legs,and if one is smaller then i might be losing more weight in the other one,lol,also i measured both if them and they are the same size,,its very weird
