Hi, I was woundering if you can take birth-control why you are on Atkiens diet?

Yes, there are quite a few of us (myself included) that are on a low carb diet and birth control.

Everything has been normal with me and nothng has changed the past 6 months.

Yup, i take them. One thing: if you take psyllium husk for fiber (like Atkins recommends) make sure you don't take it within 2 hours of your pill because it can interfere with it's absorption. I didn't realize that for about two weeks--YIKES!!!! :eek:

WOW Meaganm that makes sense, I had no idea!!! Luckily I am not taking psyillum husks but that is an excellent tip!!!
