Hi anyone...
I'm back to PP after great results last year. Unfortunately, I thought "I had it under control" and tried to go back and eat like a "healthy person". Yeah right. An addict can not return to it's drug of choice and use it moderately! No way, no how. :nono:
After gaining all of my weight back, I decided this was for the birds and that I needed to return to my PP way of life. I realize that I never felt better physically or emotionaly than I did last year.
Here lies the problem. I have been eating about 30-35 carbs a day for 3 days now. I went way into the pink on the ketostix on the second day. But the problem is that I have read so many danged low carb books that I am confused. My PP book is in a box somewhere. Can someone tell me for PP, what I should be eating as far as carbs, protein, fat and calories???? I've lost 3.5 lbs in three days so I can't be that far off. Even if it's only water weight, it sure feels good seeing scale going in the opposite direction!
Thank you!!!
