I have heard people talking about them and I was wondering what is a Rev Roll?

Dr. Atkins original books had a recipe for Diet Revolution rolls. They were basically beaten egg whites with some cheese folded in. (I actually used them in an opera production where I had to eat something on stage but it had to be gone quickly so I could sing.)
I think they are still in the latest DANDR from 2002. And there may be variations in the Recipe section. I know that Doreen T made some 'improvements' on the original recipe.

Here are a couple of versions of Rev Rolls that have been improved:

They're great as burger buns...and add less than 2 carbs/sandwich!
