Azathioprine

Hi all,

A question I asked a long time ago but never really had a
'comprehensive' or 'really informative' answer but what can be
the long-term effects of azathioprine - I'm on 1mg per kg of
body weight daily. I eat as healthy a diet as possible, don't
smoke or drink much?

I've been told its a small dose, apparently it is around half
the normal dose for people with inflammatory bowel disease -
although my condition seems to have more autoimmune
characteristics.
