I have previously asked for and received wonderful help on what supplements to take for leg cramps and weakness. I am now taking calcium/magnesium, potassium/magnesium plus one or two additional magnesium pills totaling 1000mg calcium, 400mg potassium and 500 - 600 mg magnesium. I have been doing this for 3 days now and had been feeling much much better in general, but this afternoon I got up from a nap and once again I am filled with weakness in my legs and arms. It is sort of a dull aching weakness. I feel like I will not be able to stay standing up and my fingers are weak just typing this. I don't know what else I can do. I am getting worried. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
