I haven't actually bought the book yet as i downloaded the E-Book but i'm not sure if the E-Book is the same as the Actual paperback book.
My E-Book is called Dr Atkins new diet revolution it has in it 1000 atkins diet recipes,carbcookbook1,carbgramcounter,LCchecklist,LCcookbookvolumeII,and a LCshopping list.
The LCchecklist and the LCshopping list are printable documents to sort of keep tabs on what you are doing.
Is the paperback book the same or similar or completly different from the E-Book only thing with the E-Book it is again for the American side of Atkins and looks like it will take a bit of getting used to.

it looks like you,ve got all the books rolled into one there.the paperback is still for the american side but it can be adapted.your e-book looks better.i had to buy the carb counter and cookbook seperately.
