not only is the fat fattening but most of american fat is of
the poor quality, namely fried (trans) as well as animal type
of fat - which is found in high concentrations in several
different lipid fractions that act as markers of fat intake
(eg., adipose aspirates).++These are *consistently* implicated
with heart disease and insulin resistance...++So yes american
dietary fat is of the most dangerous quality.++In contrast
nonamerican healthy fats like fish oils and even some salad
oils as recommended by many institutions since the 50s are low
in american diet..
