ola! im from rio, brazil (butnow in australia studying!)... it was really hard for me to do LC whilst back in rio cos there were no LC items for sale (if someone know where i can get them, pls tell me) :D it was especially hard for me cos im a lacto-ova vegetarian (so no churusso for me). anyway, its a tad bit easier to do LC in australia cos there are lots of LC products in the market.

I hate to just "blog" everyone's pages, but maybe you will forgive me this one time. If I am not supposed to do this, I didn't mean to make anyone mad.

I was thingking about a small box of stuff for all the people there. When they get there, they take clean showers but they have to put on their dirty clothes.



SO, since I have lost weight, I was thinking about fixing up a personal FAMILY kit....

A few pieces of clothes, any sizes, (especially t-shirts - little kids can even wear those as a nightgown) and a few things for kids to do. Cards, crayons, coloring books, etc.

Plus Bathroom stuff ...

Soap, shampoo, deoderant, Razor, a box of tampons, etc...a family could share between each other.

I don't know....I am thinking about this...I HAVE tons of clothes that no longer fit me, I am sure someone in that whole place could use them. And kids need something to do when they are bored, so I think I will send some pencils and crayons and stuff.

It may not be much, but I am sure other's have sent things that together it might be a little fun for the kids.

Please help me get the word out, by posting this to as many as you feel you would like to.

hola!! yo soy de chile, q bueno q haya gente q habla en castellano, ya q no estoy muy acostumbrada a hablar en ingles y hay cosas q no entiendo, les cuento q aca en chile no hay nada low carb, aca todos andan contando las calorias , de los carbos ni se enteran , si ni siquiera esta el libro de south beach!!!! y bueno eso lo hace monotono , yo creo q si fuera a eeuu me volveria loca con todas las cosas ricas q tienen pa comer y q son low carb! pero bueno, igual hay q ponerle ganas, sigan escribiendo , pa q formemos una comunidad! latin power!!

Yo tambien soy chilena pero vivo en Holanda. Por aca tampoco hay casi nada low carb, pero si los libros de Atkins y south beach. Por otro lado es mejor que no hayan tantas leseras low carb para comer....yo tambien creo que engordaria -no adelgazaria- simplemente comiendo puras leseras low carb.....mientras menos leseras mas natural uno tiene que comer!

Soy Chileno/Dominicano nacido en Venezuela pero vivo en NYC, USA.
Aqui hay muchas productos Low Carb y si me dan ganas de comerme algo dulce me compro una barra brownie Atkins(es como chocolate), es la unica que no tiene Sugar Alcohols y contiene mucha fibra y proteina. Me falta poco para llegar a la meta. :D
