Courgette soup £5.00
Steak with Rocket Salad and Parmesan dressing £15.00 (alternativley Sea Bass; or Tofu Oriental dish)
Chocolate Mousse £5.00

Being able to eat the whole thing and staying under 16g net carbs...priceless!

(For everything else - there's husbands)

Calling London Atkins dieters, "Blandford Street" restaurant (on Blandford Street - oddly enough ;) - Baker Street tube) is doing an Atkins 3 course menu for £25 until September. My husband, who was just born slim and stayed that way, took me there this evening, and I have to say, the best thing was being in such lovely dining surroundings and not having to forgo desert!

Anyway, I just had to pass on the info!

Tel: 020 7486 9696 (I think - got it from the website, but it's still under construction)

Thats really interesting to hear. Bit pricy for my liking - I'm a miser. But it is so good to see positive meal choices. Otherside of London from where I work.

Thanks for the info.

It's a long way to go for a meal . I wonder if we'll ever get anything "up north".

I hope this marks the start of restaurants taking the plan seriously. (It's so embarassing to keep having to ask waiters to swap potatoes for salads, remove BBQ sauce etc...if I try and go out for a meal)
