Mango-Kiwi Salsa
This salsa is terrific on pork, steak, and chicken or good with low carb chip.
Yields 1-1/2 cups
3 medium kiwifruit 34 carbs
1 mango, chopped 35
1 Tbsp. minced green chilies, (fresh or canned) 3
2 Tbsp. lime juice 1
1 pack splendar 0
3 Tbsp. Chopped cilantro
1 pinch salt 0
Peel kiwifruit and cut into lengthwise quarters, then slice. Place sliced kiwifruit into bowl with other ingredients. Mix gently. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes six servings.

I used on the fish and blackened it. This is my own recipe and is a lot like Emeril's. I have used this for over 15 years and everyone who trys it always asks if the next time I make it could I please give them some.
