i'm dolli from nw uk been on atkins for 3 weeks now and it's going well.this is the first diet where i haven't felt hungry-and i've been on more than a few!! anyone out there in the NW?

Hi dolli and welcome to the forum and well done on your weight loss!!
Ive been on atkins 41 days now and I amazed with the results Ive lost 22lbs and cant belive it. like you I had tried so many other diets but always felt hungry, now for the first time in my life I feel like I am in control of food not the other way round, I also feel like I will acheive my target and as long as I stick with Atkins never put that weight back on!!
This forum is great I have had so much help and support and made so many friends!! Dont be affraid to ask any question there is usually somebody who knows the answer!!

i can only echo what everyone else has said, been on the WOl for three weeks now, lost 17lbs, have loads more energy , dont crave food and long may it continue.
