Just curious. I'd like to chat on here with anyone that is. We like the Sugar Busters, but don't loose as much weight as we can with the low carb. Thoughts, any??? Thanks. Linda

I don't know if anyone here follows Sugar Busters, but hopefully they will come out of the woodwork if they do. There are plenty of lurkers in this forum.

Can you give us a brief overview and enlighten us uneducated souls? Is it similar to CAD?
