Hi All... I've been researching this plan for a couple of days and was wondering if anyone else out there switched and what was your experience...

Also what was your experience with adding the grains...mostly for breakfast I'm thinking about.... I like the fact that I could have low fat products with carbs occasionally....

I'm on Protein Power and have been thinkiing about adding in some carbs... Wondering if it would be much different...??? I heard All Bran is low in carbs....but how low... The Uncle Sam's cereal is very high, about 20 carbs in one service... Looking for a lower carb cereal....any suggestions...

My problem is that I am not consuming enough carbs to have any energy...sluggish still... My carb counts typically are between 20 and 30 a day...

Today I tracked my protein and I am just above the 67 oz. that I should have a day....carb count is at 35... But FITDAY didn't subtract the fiber...so I did which makes my carb count less than 30...

I was a better example the first time around on this WOE! I've been having a lot of problems lately and not had the willpower to SS.

Anyhow, my first time around (you never want to be able to say that-the first time is the only time and lasts forever-Okay!) was great. I lost 20 pounds in 7 weeks SS wholeheartedly for the first 3-4 weeks. Then after that I had a cheat on Saturday and went right back and was fine. After the 7 weeks losing 20 pounds I went on vacation and blew it big time and have never been able to start back and be 100% legal. I have made a committment today to do that! I hope you can too!
As for the grains...I was fine on them. Here's a sample of what I ate:
Breakfast: pineapple and watermelon slices, wait 20 minutes then a pc. of ww toast with cottage cheese sprinkled with cinnamon and somersweet
Lunch: Salad from Arby's or McD's or ChickFilA chicken nuggets with a large coleslaw
Treat: I always chewed Trident or Dentyne cinnamon gum...This was my sweet treat!
Dinner: Chicken baked with broccoli and mushrooms in a cream sauce with garlic or a cheeseburger topped with sauteed mushrooms and onions served with squash and fried green tomatoes
Snack: Sugar free popcicle or two!

I have found that I have to make a list on Sunday that have all my meals planned out for the week and buy everything I'll need to make those things and come home and prep what I can.
Good luck! I'm off to make my menus!
