I bought some malitol sugar alcohol for cooking but I cannot find any recipes. Does anyone have any? I would also like recipes for anything carmel (pudding, ice cream, bars, etc.) Thanks in advance.

I do not have recipes but I can tell you that Maltitol, unlike sugar does not turn to caramel when heated. If you want caramel flavor you will have to buy it in form of concentrate (I think it is artificial flavor)..
