Hello All !
Want to thank you for the responses to my first thread. Your encouragment and suggestions have helped so much. Lost 3 pds in 6 days !! I do not have alot of weight to lose, but I have a high gluose count and high blood pressure. Will be seeing Dr. in Oct. looking forward to seeing the blood panel and all the lower counts. Keep the receipes coming in....Thanks again for all your help. Looking good in California.

So you have met your goal ? That is amazing. Thanks for the info, being a newbie is fun. Today is my 8th day, bought a new scale and guess what?
I started 8 days ago at 170 today "160" WOW ...
IT WORKS...FEELING GREAT, NO CRAVINGS, AND ENERGY RETURNING. Even my skin is looking great, must be all that Fat. haha.. thanks so much
