Hi Everyone - I tried LC before, but without any support. It worked for awhile, but I soon moved back into my old routines and gained everything back that I'd lost.

This website is great. I find I'm looking around a lot. A ton of great info.

Only thing I haven't seen is any great places to shop in Toronto for LC product.

Any help?

Glad you found us. I think there are a couple of entreis for Toronto shopping in our local shopping database, you do a search for Ontario to see them:
