HI everyone.
I just received my first bottle of coconut oil. Now, how do I use this or drink this. It doesn't taste that good, and when I put it in my coffee, it looks like oil floating in rings on top of my coffee. It congels in my soda or any cold drink. I need help. I am not loosing any weight. I am taking lexapro, wellbrutin and synthoid. The book says that these anti depresents make it harder to loose weight. HELP!!
