hi,i recently read about someone trying green tea extract to help weight lose. i decided to give it a try since i have not lost any weight in 2 months now(lose 4lbs>gain same4lbs etc) right now i am at 151 and getting frustrated. did fitday all stats good, no franken foods, measuring like a crazy woman, drink over a 100oz a day, gym everyday but saturday, nothing is fitting loser, and so here i am. has anyone tried this and been successful? i bought a green and white tea extract (it does have caffeine which worries me). any input would sincerely be appreciated. next step will be a meat fast i guess

I've been taking a green tea extract pill for about 30 days. It hasn't made me loose any more than normal, but it does give you a nice boost of energy. Plus I've read that it's good for you.

Some here swear by the stuff. I learned that it is a good antioxidant, as well as a fat burning catalyst. That's why we are here, yes? Go for it.
