Just wanted to offically introduce myself. My name is Leslie and I have been locarb/atkins for about 3 months and so far so good. This is the longest I have ever been on a diet. I feel better than I have in such a long time. I am married to a great guy and I have a 10 yr old little girl named Samantha and a 8 yr old little girl named Autumn. I am a Master Barber by trade but a mommie first. I'm so happy that I have somewhere to go and ask questions or find a recipe or just vent. I do have alot of weight to lose but I'm so glad I don't have to do it alone. Bye for now.
