Hi. I just found a copycat recipe for KFC cole slaw which uses 1/2 c. sugar. Could I substitute Splenda? The recipe sounds so good. Thanks.

Hi...not sure how you make your coleslaw...but I always use a little vinegar and splenda shoke together and then add my mayo to this. My kids have no idea I use "splenda"....they love it. They have no idea this isn't my old recipe of vinegar, sugar and miracle whip!

You may find that you don't need a 1/2 cup of splenda....but I'm not sure what the other ingredients are.
