Have any of you ever taken any of the carb buster supplements (or sugar busters or whatever they are called)?

Just curious ... or is this a fantasy supplement?

Are you talking about the pills that is suppose to keep you from absorbing most of the carbs you ingest? Or is this something different? I have seen several posts on the first items and I haven't seen any that said they work. I guess if it were as simple as taking a pill and eating pretty much what you want, we would all be our fantasy size and this site wouldn't be necessary. :-) Good luck to you though!

Yes, that is what I'm talking about. This weeks issue of Women's World had an article about them. Sounds too good to be true. :roll:
