Hi all -

I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I started LC'ing about 6 weeks ago and think I have finally found the one thing that will help me get this weight off. I have been heavy all of my life and have tried every diet that's come by - I usually lose 30 pounds and then gain 40 when I go off the diet!

This support group seems great and when I'm thinking of something that I shouldn't have, often I pop on here and read a story or two and find so many amazing people with situations that I've been in myself and it gives you a warm fuzzy to know that there are many people out there who genuinely care that you succeed!

I have only been here a little while myself, but love the motivation, encouragement, and friendly people here. I hope you will find what you need to help you. I really like LCing too and it is something that I find very easy to stick to, which is what I need to have any kind of success.

I don't know if you exercise too, but there is a special TDC Fitness Challenge that some of us are doing. It is fun! Come on over and play!

Welcome Lynn -- I'm glad you found the Triple Digits Club. I've been reading the posts in the TDC for almost a year and I have found it a great source of inspiration and help.
