I have been hearing interesting things about Apple Cider Vinegar for stiff joints and now weight loss? Has anyone been drinking a few spoonfuls a day and noticed any additional weight loss? Just curious.

I took the apple cider pills with another diet (couldn't hack drinking the stuff) but I couldn't see that it helped me any.

I purchased a bottle from the local GNC because it was suppose to be better for you than the grocery store versions of Apple Cider Vinegar. I took a few tablespoons of it a day and I can't say it had any effect on my weight loss. It would definitely wake you up in the mornings because of its strong odor and taste but little to no effect otherwise. I remember my grandparents talking about you should take a spoonful of vinegar for God knows what but I can't recommend it. Once I gave up on it and raised my water intake to about 150 ounces a day, then the weight loss became more steady and my tastebuds thanked me for that switch. :read2:

I am taking/using Bragg's Organic ACV. But not so much for the weight loss. I use it as a digestive aid. It works for that, and any other benefits from it are most welcome. Especially the Lower BP and BS...

I use it and it helps with my yeast overgrowth, as well as 10-15 minutes before meals and helps to decrease my hunger...greatly!
