hi. my name is josh and i weigh 338 pounds at 6 feet. i'm 29 and i'm ready to be healthy by 30! i'm hoping that this forum will help me achieve my goals. i'm ready to not be controlled by food and fat and i figured this is a good place to start. hi to all!!

I found this site just about 2 weeks ago, and it has been a wonder!
I am 10 days into atkins and doing well, and a lot of that is due to the support I have found here. I would not have done nearly this well on my own!

The people are great and it is wonderful to cheer for people as they break the 300 barrier and hit the 200's again!!
