Sorry if this is just repeating myself, but I'm not sure the
last time I sent this it got through.

I was on this site and it said that u should take in more low
glycemic and less high glycemic carbs. What are these? Are
they the Simple vs. Complex carbs on labels? Also, what is
dietary fibre?

No. Simple vs complex is a molecular property, GI isn't.

GI - Glycemic Index refers to the effective load of the carb.
Dietary fibre is a carb that basically passes through you with
little to no effect. I'd refer to it as a cleaning agent :)
