Hi! I am thinking of switching from Atkins to Somersizing. I was wondering if anyone else has done this, and what the results were. I guess I would mainly like to know if the rate of weight loss seems much different.

I dabbled in SS a year or so ago, then went back to Atkins. I lost on induction and that was all. As others have said, the SS way of life seems so much easier to live with. :roll:
