I've tried all these diet pills, did every solution there is
and I still don't know what to do? Could someone who is out
there tell me how to lose pounds. I need help please

Try writing down everything you eat for a week.
http://www.fitday.com can be helpful with this as it lets you
maintain a log there.

Unless pills are prescribe by Doctor or dietician they are
probably better tipped down toilet.
what ever exercise you do has to equal at least an hours brisk
walk a day, (IMO).
It should be some aerobic activity that you will do every day
and enjoy doing.
You should also look at a weight lifting program as well.
It is a good idea to visit a "Personal trainer" at your
local gym to advise you properly (this is better value than
wasting your money on a heart rate clock) Make sure they
are certified
Basically what ever weight you want to be you have to control
your calories intake to 10 times that (200 pounds your calorie
intake would be 2000 calories a day)
You can eat more calories on top of this depending on how many
you burn during the day
