Anyone else doing a walking/step counting program? I'm doing the 10k steps per day (well, I'm trying to get 12.5k per day)... given my work, that means about a one hour walk every day... then I'll move to 15k after a while. It's amazing how little things like parking on the opposite end of the lot and zig-zagging through the store when shopping can add up!

Here's a suggestion.. want to keep track of your steps over the day? Use a " pedometer ". This inexpensive gadget hooks to your belt and keeps track of your steps and/or jogging for the day and it's better than counting in your head. :)
Good luck!
